If you are a TaxACT Desktop user (Free Federal Edition, Deluxe, or Preparer) you may update your email address and/or password at the following link
If you are a TaxACT Online user, you can reset your Online account password with the "Forgot your Password" link located on the sign in page just to the right of the password field. You can also update your email address by contacting our Customer Service Department by placing a request through our Customer Service Request Form and we would be glad to update your email address.
